We offer three main platforms: Vi Learn (healthcare courses), Vi Connect (care provider directory), and Vi Nav (healthcare navigation tools).

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. You'll be asked to choose whether you're a Care User or a Care Provider, then fill out the registration form. You can also sign up using your Google account.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication through Supabase. Your data is protected by strict privacy policies, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Vi Learn
Vi Learn offers professional development courses for healthcare workers, including Foot Care, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, and more. Our courses are designed to help healthcare professionals upgrade their skills and earn certifications.
Yes, our courses are developed in partnership with healthcare professionals and meet Canadian healthcare education standards. Each course page provides specific accreditation details.
Visit the Vi Learn page, browse the available courses, and click on the one you're interested in. You'll be guided through the enrollment and payment process. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Please review our Cancellation Policy for detailed information on refunds. Generally, refund eligibility depends on how far you've progressed through the course material. Contact us at info@vivirion.com for specific inquiries.
Vi Connect
Vi Connect is our care provider directory that connects individuals and families with qualified healthcare professionals in their area. You can browse providers by specialty, availability, and location.
Visit the Vi Connect page and use the search and filter tools to find providers that match your needs. You can filter by service type, availability, languages spoken, and more.
Sign up as a Care Provider, complete your profile with your credentials, skills, availability, and other details. Your application will be reviewed by our team, and once approved, your profile will appear in the Vi Connect directory.
Our team typically reviews applications within 2–5 business days. You'll be notified by email once your application has been approved or if additional information is needed.
You must be at least 19 years old and eligible to work in Canada. Accepted roles include PSW, DSW, RPN, RN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Home Maker, Companionship, Professional Cleaning Services, and Registered Massage Therapist. Relevant credentials and experience are required.
Vi Nav
Vi Nav is our healthcare navigation platform designed to help individuals and families navigate the Canadian healthcare system. It provides resources, guides, and tools to help you find the care you need.

Account & Billing
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. If you signed up with Google, you can manage your password through your Google account settings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment integration, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
