3 Sharing and Disclosure

With Service Providers, Clients, and Enterprise Clients to facilitate services

4 Health Information Privacy

HIPAA Compliance (U.S.): Where Vivirion acts as a Business Associate, we safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) using administrative, technical, and physical controls. We limit use and disclosure to authorized purposes.

PHIPA Compliance (Ontario, Canada): We protect Personal Health Information (PHI) according to PHIPA. Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their PHI, subject to legal limitations.

Not all Platform features are subject to health privacy regulations. Users are responsible for understanding which data is protected under HIPAA or PHIPA.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage. No system is 100% secure; by using the Platform, you acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.

7 Background Checks and Insurance Disclaimers

Verification, credential reviews, and background checks are provided for informational purposes only and may not capture all relevant information. Vivirion is not liable for any reliance on these checks.
Vivirion does not provide insurance coverage for Service Providers or Clients. Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance and risk protections.

8 Payment and Financial Disclaimer

Payment arrangements are solely between Clients and Service Providers.
Vivirion may process payments for convenience but is not responsible for service quality, payment disputes, or refunds.

9 Non-Circumvention

Users agree not to bypass Vivirion to avoid service fees or subscriptions for twelve (12) months following introductions.
Violations may result in account suspension, fee recovery, or legal action.

10 Enterprise Clients

Enterprise Clients must ensure employees, contractors, or representatives comply with these terms.
Vivirion does not assume employer obligations, tax withholding, or regulatory compliance for enterprise users unless specified in a separate written agreement.

11 Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
